While we do everything in our power to ensure that the products we send to you are 100%. In the rare occasion where there is an issue with a product we will endeavor to do our best to resolve the issue.
The first thing we advise you do is contact us so we can establish exactly what is wrong with the product and if there is any remedy.
If the item is genuinely damaged, has a fault or you received the wrong one, we will get a replacement product out to you as soon as possible.
You must inform us of any issues with a product within 48hrs of receiving the product. The 48hrs is from the time the courier has marked the package as delivered.
In the event that you decide that you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase, you must contact us immediately so that we can stop your order from being processed. If you inform us before the order has been processed then we will provide you with a ful refund. However once your order has been processed we cannot stop it or provide you with a refund as we will have already incurred the cost of printing, packaging and shipping.
In the event that you decide you simply do not want the product, unfortunately we cannot facilitate returns or refunds as each of our items are bespoke made for your order.
